P.I.T. Crew

(Pink In Training)

We’ve expanded our reach to primary students in our community by bringing robotics to them in multiple ways. From day and summer camps to Scout programs and FLL, we hope to give every child the chance to get hands-on STEM experience.

Day Camps

We began running FIRST-themed day camps in 2024 as a way to introduce STEM and robotics to kids in our community. We partner with local schools and organizations to give hands-on experience in robotics. Our program activities vary based on the group, and have included building and programming LEGO EV3 robots to run through a maze, operating Vex IQ robots, and assembling scribble bots.

Scout Programs

Our team has hosted several Scout events, including a Scouts Robotics Workshop, Girl Scout Patch Day, and Cub Scout STEAM Day. These programs introduce students to FIRST and robotics, while helping scouts earn their Robotics Merit Badge or Robotics Patch. Activities include building scribble bots, programming VEX IQ robots, and interacting with O-BOT.

Summer Camp

Our mission is to introduce them to the exciting world of FIRST at an early age, helping them build confidence, teamwork skills, and a passion for innovation. We love sharing FIRST and STEM with our community and creating hands-on experiences that make learning both meaningful and fun.
