You Might be Wondering...
Why Are We Named The Pink Team?
The story begins on the Space Coast of Florida with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean at our doorstep. When the team was established in 1999, they scheduled a meeting to choose a name. However, the waves were up that day and all the boys decided to skip the meeting to go surfing, leaving just the girls to decide on a name. They chose The Pink Team and the rest is history!

Success Through Competition

The Pink Team embraces competition wholeheartedly. Over the past 25 years, we have participated in 75 official FRC competitions worldwide, from the cold mountains of Canada to the warm beaches of Hawaii.

We have won 15 regional events and qualified for the FIRST World Championship 19 times. At Championships, we have secured five division titles and reached the Einstein Finals twice, both times as alliance captains.

Our achievements extend beyond robotics. We have earned five Impact Awards (formerly the Chairman’s Award), three Engineering Inspiration Awards, four Dean's List Finalist Awards, and four Woodie Flowers Finalist Awards at regional competitions.
Everyone is Welcome
Made up of 9-12th grade students from multiple high schools and charter schools, plus homeschoolers, The Pink Team allows all students to gain hands-on engineering, science, programming, and presentational skills in a competitive environment.
Currently, our team consists of 40+ students and 20+ world class mentors, who help guide and train us throughout the build season and off-season.
